Market/Vertical: Political Campaign
Technologies: Display, Search Retargeting, Zero-Party
Problem

Client needed intensely targeted promotion among undecided and favorable active voters. Artwork needed to be created in a spread of size variations for programmatic display from a few available components in a shorter timeframe than agency could produce. Tight race with no guarantee of victory, no room for wasted funding and no margin for delay or error.

Process

Client worked with PERX Marketing creative manager to rapidly build optimized banner art in all sizes and formats needed in a single round of proofing. Sales executives dug deep into target behaviors and identifiers across over a dozen filter metrics. Multi-platform deployment dialing in on highest-likelihood audiences as a subset of PERX Marketing-curated audience groups.

Customer: "PERX Marketing helped re-elect Susan Wild and Matt Cartwright in two tough rural Pennsylvania districts. (They) carefully targeted our campaign to fit our limited budget. Our sales exec was also enthusiastic, responsive and flexible as our priorities changed – a true partner who made the most of our hard-earned ad fund. Couldn’t recommend Perx more highly."

Performance

The election campaign helped to successfully re-elect the candidates in a close race, and not only spent less on ad design but also turned the ads arouond more quickly than internal resources or other creative designers had, reducing stress and permitting the election team to focus on outcomes rather than artwork issues.

employees.

Customer: "PERX Marketing tapped into our business network nationwide and created a custom program combining digital and call center activity opting HR managers into on-site vaccination clinics scheduling & voucher programs."

Performance

Over the course of the 2 month program, the client opted more than 1.1 million employees into their program by confirming appointments with over 4,000 large and midrange employers, making this year’s program the top performing channel for our client’s workplace vaccination program.

Market/Vertical: National Bank
Technologies: Zero Party, Programmatic Display
Problem

Client had several partnerships with large employers that had not gained sufficient traction when relying on internal partnership resources.

Process

Client has many strategic partnerships with Fortune 500 clients and teamed up with PDP to use our 1st Party employee data to boost their overall partnership results.

PDP initially developed a pilot program that reached 6 large, nationwide employee bases with targeted loan offers through the employee’s company. The program was designed to supply added reach, frequency and conversions to support the overall partnership program. Programmatic display driven by customer 1st party data were used for this campaign.

Performance

Client characterized the results as “off the charts successful” . Client extended their original 3 month campaign for an additional 3-month period and expanded the client list to over a dozen large employers. Tracking pixels were implemented for further disambiguation of results, and identified a 265% increase in closed loans as a direct result of the program.
